Ski passes are non-transferable (except points cards) and must be presented to the lift staff on request.

There is no replacement in the event of loss.

Season ski passes are valid until the end of the respective ski season.

Information, prohibition and restriction signs as well as route markings must be observed.

The companies are not liable to their passengers for the dangers associated with the sporting activity or for the dangers peculiar to the mountains.

In the interests of safety, the operating personnel must be obeyed.

Children under the age of six may only be transported on chairlifts if accompanied by an adult.

Children up to and including the age of 5 are transported free of charge when accompanied by an adult (when riding a drag lift with a child "between their legs" at the same time); however, this does not apply to baby lifts and practice lifts!

Unaccompanied children or children on a ski course must pay the children's rate, even under the age of six!

It is expressly pointed out that the sales points/lift ticket offices do not conclude any transportation contracts, but only act as intermediaries on behalf of the individual lift and mountain railway companies in the ticket network.

The individual lift and mountain railway companies are solely responsible for the transportation of passengers and the safety of passengers on hiking trails and ski slopes, including variants. This is within the scope of their duty to ensure public safety, insofar as this can be assigned to the respective facility area. Otherwise, please refer to the valid tariff and transportation regulations of the ski area and the price list at the lift ticket offices.

No transportation of dogs in winter.

Access at the turnstiles is video-monitored for control purposes.
